Marcello Mercado
Born in 1963, he is German – Argentine artist. He lives in Köln / Brühl, Germany.
His work explore the relationship between biology, technology and art using a wide range of media including: painting, videoart, bioart, sculpture, installation, robotic, soundart and netprojects.
He was Fellow from: 1996 -1997 at The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur
Foundation, The Rockefeller Foundation and The Lampadia Foundation.
1999-2001 at The Academy of Media Arts Köln. Germany.
1993 at Fundación Antorchas. Buenos Aires Argentina.
